What this service is

Automated scanners find known problems. A tester also thinks like an attacker: chaining small weaknesses together, trying weak passwords, testing how a login page behaves under stress, checking whether one user can see another’s data.

Every test starts with a written scope that says what we may and may not touch, when, and who is told. We never test anything without that written permission. At the end you receive findings in order of risk, evidence for each one and practical fixes.

You may need this if

  • You run a website, web app or mobile app that holds customer data.
  • You are launching a new product or payment feature.
  • A client or partner asks for a security assessment.
  • You want to check your network before an audit.

How it works

  1. Scope

Written agreement of targets, methods, dates and contacts.

  2. Test

Testing of the agreed systems with care to avoid disruption.

  3. Report

Findings ranked by risk, with evidence and fixes.

  4. Retest

After you apply fixes, we check that they worked.

Common questions

Could a test break my system?

We take care to avoid disruption and agree safe testing windows, but testing carries some risk, which is why backups and a written scope matter.

Will you test our staff as well?

That is social engineering testing, a separate service.

Do I get a certificate?

You get a report of findings. We do not issue compliance certificates.

How long does a test take?

It depends on scope, and we agree the timeline in the scope document.
